1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 All Lunox Mattresses carry a 10-year pro-rated limited warranty from the date of purchase, except for the following, which are covered by a 5-year limited warranty:
- Vacuum-packed (compressed foam) mattresses.
- Any mattress used on an adjustable bed frame (including but not limited to motorized or articulating bases).

1.2 All Lunox Pillows, Bolsters, and Toppers carry a 2-year pro-rated limited warranty from the date of purchase.

1.3 Any repair or replacement made under this warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period. The warranty period shall always be calculated from the original delivery or collection date.

1.4 The pro-rated warranty is limited to one (1) replacement per product.

1.5 If an identical product, model, or material is no longer available, Lunox reserves the right to replace it with a comparable product of equivalent value and specification. Any price difference shall be borne by the customer.

1.6 Complimentary (FOC) items are not covered under this warranty.

2. Warranty Claims

2.1 Customers must present the original sales receipt or other valid proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim. Claims without valid proof of purchase will not be accepted.

2.2 Warranty claims should first be submitted to the retailer from whom the product was originally purchased. Lunox will only process claims directly if the original retailer is no longer contactable.

2.3 All warranty claims are subject to inspection by authorized Lunox personnel. Only manufacturing defects inspected and certified by Lunox are covered under this warranty.

2.4 Transportation, delivery, collection, inspection, repair, replacement, and any related service costs shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated by Lunox.

2.5 This warranty shall be void if the product has been repaired, modified, or serviced by any person or party not authorized by Lunox.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal residential use, including:

3.1 Structural or manufacturing defects resulting in splitting, cracking, or material failure during normal use.
3.2 Permanent visible indentation or sagging exceeding 1.5 inches (38 mm) when no weight is applied to the mattress.
3.3. Manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials as determined by Lunox after inspection.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

4.1 Natural softening of pillows, bolsters, toppers, or mattresses through normal use.

4.2 Normal body impressions or settling that do not constitute manufacturing defects.

4.3 Individual comfort preferences, including firmness, texture, feel, or sleeping comfort.

4.4 Minor manufacturing variations, cosmetic imperfections, or dimensional tolerance of ±2 cm.

4.5 Damage or performance issues caused by an unsuitable support surface, including but not limited to a sagging mattress, defective bed frame or foundation, uneven flooring, or structural settlement. Such conditions are not considered manufacturing defects.

4.6 Products sold "as-is," "distressed," or as floor models/display samples.

4.7 Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, improper handling, improper washing or drying, excessive heat exposure, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product care instructions.

4.8 Damage caused by bending, folding, standing, jumping, cutting, tearing, staining, soiling, or other improper use.

4.9 Products found to be unhygienic or infested with pests, insects, mites, vermin, or similar infestations.

4.10 Natural odors that may be present in new products.

4.11 Damage caused by fire, flood, natural disasters, pests, or other external events beyond Lunox's control.

4.12 Products used for commercial purposes, including hotels, hostels, homestays, motels, serviced apartments, healthcare institutions, or other commercial facilities.

4.13 Products used outside Malaysia.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Lunox shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the use of its products.

5.2 Except as expressly stated herein, Lunox makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that its products are suitable for any individual's health or medical condition.

5.3 Lunox reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
