Do you have a showroom where I can test out the pillows and mattresses?
Yes we do! Our showroom is located at 8Trium, Bandar Sri Damansara in Kuala Lumpur.

If you wish to try out our mattresses or pillows in person, do contact us to book a private 1-1 appointment, and our team will guide you on choosing the most suited mattress for you!
How to clean my mattress and pillow?
- DO NOT wash with a washing machine.
- DO NOT place it under the sun or nearby any heat source as it will damage the latex.
- Use a clean towel with a bit of water and soap to wipe over the surface. Gently wring out the excess water using a dry towel, and dry it under a fan. Make sure it is fully dry before use.
Generally, latex mattress and pillows are not high maintenance. It has natural resistance towards microbes and dust mites. Hence, it is safe and clean for you to use with almost zero hassle!
Can I put it under the sun?
No, you should not.The UV rays from the sun can cause damage to the latex material, which may affect its quality and lifespan. So, it’s important to avoid exposing your order to sunlight to ensure that it lasts longer and maintains its quality over time.
Do you offer mattresses in super single sized?
Yes, we offer mattresses in the super single size. For the available mattress size options, please refer to the size chart provided on each mattress product page.
Could you explain the specific technologies incorporated into your mattresses that promote proper spinal alignment?
- 100% Natural Latex:

Where do you ship to?
Our products can be shipped to any address within Peninsular Malaysia.We are working diligently to expand our services to reach all Malaysians, so stay tuned for updates on our progress!
Do you offer shipping to East Malaysia or international destinations?
Pillows and Bolsters: We offer delivery to East Malaysia and Singapore with additional charges. If you would like to arrange this, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Mattresses: Currently, we only deliver mattresses within Peninsular Malaysia.
How much is the shipping fee for my order?
Shipping is FREE for all of the products!
When can I expect my order to arrive?
To ensure the highest quality, all our mattresses are made to order. Once you place your order, your product will be ready for delivery within 3-7 working days. Our courier delivers Lunox mattresses every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Our dedicated Customer Care team will contact you by email or text to arrange for delivery. If you have any special requests for delivery time, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. In the event that you are not available to receive the product, the courier will leave instructions for pickup at the nearest center for a limited time.
Can I arrange to pick up my order from your warehouse?
Only small items such as pillows or bolsters can be picked up from our office. Please contact us to let us know when you would like to collect your goods, and we will be happy to arrange a convenient time for you to pick them up.
Do you offer mattress disposal services?
Yes. We offer a FREE disposal service for your used mattress upon purchase of a new one. Please note that this service is currently only available in the Klang Valley area.
Return & Exchange
My product has arrived with a defect. What should I do?
If you have received a product with a defect, please notify our Customer Services team within 3 days of delivery via chat, and provide us with your Order Number & a description of the issue with photos attached. Our Customer Service team will assist you with the exchange process.
*Please note that exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Are there any charges for an exchange?
If the exchange is due to a manufacturing problem or a defective product, there will be no charges for the exchange. We will cover all costs associated with the exchange, including shipping fees and any exchange fees that may apply.
However, if the exchange is due to a warranty claim or any other reason, there may be charges for the exchange. Please refer to the guidelines in our warranty policy for more information.
How long does it take for my exchange to be processed?
We make every effort to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. Upon receiving your return, we will conduct an evaluation within 3 days to verify its validity. If the return is valid, we will arrange an exchange or a refund of the goods to you, including any delivery charges that were applied during the original delivery.
If the return is not valid, we will inform you and arrange for the items to be returned to you. Please be aware that a delivery fee will be charged for this service. We reserve the right to reject any returns, exchanges, or refunds that we deem unreasonable or unsuitable.

Is it beneficial for your spine to sleep on hard surfaces such as tatami or the floor?
We do not recommend sleeping on hard surfaces such as tatami or the floor, as while some people may find it comfortable, it can lead to an unnatural straightening of the spine, which may cause multiple back problems as they age. It is important to choose a mattress that provides proper support and contours the spine in a natural position to avoid such issues.
Does a softer mattress provide better comfort?
The answer is that it depends on personal needs and preferences. While some people may prefer a soft and plush sleeping surface for comfort, others may find it uncomfortable and prefer a firmer one for proper support.
However, it’s worth noting that mattresses that are too soft may not adequately support your body weight, resulting in your spine sinking into an unnatural position. This can potentially lead to back pain.
Therefore, it’s crucial to select a mattress that offers the right balance of comfort and support for your body type and sleeping habits to ensure optimal sleep quality and spine health.
What can I do to relieve my back pain during sleep?
If you get back pain while sleeping, be aware that your mattress might have worn-out and sunken in, or the mattress might be unsuitable for you. Although a worn-out or unsuitable mattress can be a contributing factor to back pain during sleep, it is not the only cause. It is important to consider other potential factors such as sleeping posture, underlying medical conditions, and injuries. Consulting a healthcare provider can help identify the root cause of your back pain and provide appropriate treatment options.
