Where do you ship to?
At the moment, our pillows & bolsters can be shipped to any address within Peninsular Malaysia. However, our mattress delivery service is currently limited to the Klang Valley and Penang area.
We are working diligently to expand our services to reach all Malaysians, so stay tuned for updates on our progress!
How much is the shipping fee for my order?
Shipping is FREE for pillows and bolsters within Peninsular Malaysia, and for mattresses in the Klang Valley and Penang area!
When can I expect my order to arrive?
To ensure the highest quality, all our mattresses are made to order. Once you place your order, your product will be ready for delivery within 3-7 working days. Our courier delivers Lunox mattresses every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Our dedicated Customer Care team will contact you by email or text to arrange for delivery. If you have any special requests for delivery time, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. In the event that you are not available to receive the product, the courier will leave instructions for pickup at the nearest center for a limited time.
Can I arrange to pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes. Please contact us to let us know when you would like to collect your goods, and we will be happy to arrange a convenient time for you to pick them up.
Do you offer mattress disposal services?
Yes. We offer a FREE disposal service for your used mattress upon purchase of a new one. Please note that this service is currently only available in the Klang Valley area.
Do you offer shipping to East Malaysia or international destinations?
We apologize, but at the moment we do not offer East Malaysia or international shipping services.
